Shipping Policy
Shipping and handling charges for standard home and express delivery will be added to your purchase based on the total of your order. You can expect delivery in 7 to 14 working days to give us time to personalize your items. We will send you an email confirmation when your order is shipped out. Most orders are shipped UPS. Usually, UPS will ring your doorbell then leave the package in a sheltered area. Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you to set up any additional shipping arrangements including additional shipping fees. Refunds are not available for undeliverable packages due to the customization of your products.
Returns Policy
Returns are not allowed due to ordering errors, please make sure that your item’s monogram initials or name is correct before checking out. You may return items sold by Everything Embroidery within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if the return is a result of our error or if the product is damaged or defective. Exchanges can be made for damaged, defective, or incorrect (due to our error) items only.
